In a landmark announcement, Dar Global—the luxury real estate developer listed on the London Stock Exchange—has teamed up with the Trump Organization to launch a new Trump-branded tower in Dubai, which will include a luxury hotel as part of the development.
Set to rise 350 meters above Sheikh Zayed Road at the entrance of Downtown Dubai, the Trump International Hotel & Tower Dubai will feature 80 floors of high-end living and hospitality. The project will include an exclusive private members’ club, panoramic views of the Burj Khalifa and the Arabian Gulf, and a range of world-class amenities designed to deliver an unmatched lifestyle experience.

Residents and guests will also enjoy access to what is set to be the world’s highest outdoor swimming pool, exclusively for tower occupants. Styled like a luxury resort, this rooftop pool will offer an unforgettable swimming experience high above the city.
