Speaking to Emarat Al Youm, several nurses emphasized that this gesture reflects Dubai’s forward-thinking humanitarian vision and the leadership’s unwavering commitment to public health. More than just a personal accolade, they see it as a celebration of long-standing dedication, symbolizing the emirate’s appreciation for those who have devoted their lives to serving patients and the broader community.
Fatima Mohammed Al Hassan, a veteran nurse at Latifa Hospital with 24 years of service, expressed her joy, saying, “I extend my deepest gratitude to our wise leadership and to Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed for his continuous support. Whether through training opportunities, skills development, or fostering an encouraging work environment, this recognition through the Golden Visa serves as a tremendous incentive for us to give even more.”
Echoing similar sentiments, Hala Al Sayigh, a nurse at Dubai Hospital, remarked, “This generous gesture has filled our hearts with joy. It made us truly feel the value of our contributions. We are immensely grateful to Sheikh Hamdan for this honor, which we regard as a greater responsibility to serve society with even more love and dedication.”
Jyoti Prasannaraj, who has been part of Dubai Hospital for 22 years, described the Golden Visa as a genuine acknowledgment of a long career of hard work and teamwork, adding, “I am proud to be part of the Dubai Health system, and this recognition strengthens my commitment.”
Teresa Tamani, with 16 years of service at the Dubai Diabetes Center, shared her pride and deep appreciation: “Being part of the center’s successes over the years has been an honor, and receiving this prestigious recognition feels like the perfect culmination of those efforts.”
Similarly, Ayman Issa, a nurse at the Dubai Diabetes Center with 19 years of dedicated service, remarked, “Words alone cannot express our gratitude. Receiving the Golden Visa is a true acknowledgment of years of sincere work. We pledge to Sheikh Hamdan to continue giving our utmost.”
For Suga Kunath, who has worked at Latifa Hospital for 22 years, the recognition carries profound meaning: “Working within the Dubai Health system has never felt like just a job.
