Dubai Holding and Select Group Forge Landmark Deal for Palm Jebel Ali and d3 Mega Developments

Dubai Holding has entered into a strategic agreement with Select Group to develop two major projects in Dubai – one at the iconic Palm Jebel Ali and another at Dubai Design District (d3). This milestone collaboration aims to redefine luxury living and creative urban spaces in the emirate.

The partnership marks Dubai Holding’s first strategic land sale to a third-party developer at Palm Jebel Ali, demonstrating its commitment to unlocking long-term value across its master developments. Through this agreement, Select Group, alongside its joint venture partner Emirates Strategic Investments Company (ESIC), will create large-scale projects that elevate Dubai’s global standing as a premier lifestyle and investment hub.

At Palm Jebel Ali, Select Group plans to develop a high-end residential and hospitality destination that will set new standards for luxury waterfront living. Spanning seven islands with 16 fronds and over 90 kilometres of beachfront, Palm Jebel Ali is envisioned as a world-class coastal community aligning with the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan.

Meanwhile, the development at d3 will focus on creating a dynamic mixed-use community that seamlessly blends culture, creativity, and contemporary urban living. As a globally recognised creative hub with views of Burj Khalifa, d3 cements Dubai’s status as the Middle East’s first UNESCO Creative City of Design.

Commenting on the partnership, Khalid Al Malik, CEO of Dubai Holding Real Estate, said:
