His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense, and Chairman of Dubai’s Executive Council, praised the impressive results of the Sheikha Hind bint Maktoum Family Program since its launch in January 2024.
Sheikh Hamdan noted that the program has made a real difference in supporting Emirati families and empowering the youth. According to the latest figures, the program recorded a 95% satisfaction rate among beneficiaries—an indication of the strong positive impact it’s having.
One of the standout results has been the success of the “Dubai Weddings” initiative, which saw a 218% increase in participation this year compared to the same period in 2024. Additionally, more than 27% of all marriages registered in Dubai so far this year took place through this initiative. The program reflects the clear vision and dedication of Her Highness Sheikha Hind bint Maktoum, who has played a leading role in promoting happiness and stability for Dubai’s families.

“I reviewed the outcomes of the Sheikha Hind bint Maktoum Family Program since its launch in January 2024, and the numbers reflect a remarkable success in serving Emirati families and youth. With a 95% satisfaction rate and a 218% increase in participation in the ‘Dubai Weddings’ initiative compared to the same period in 2024, over 27% of all registered marriages in Dubai were through this unique program that bears the thoughtful vision of Sheikha Hind bint Maktoum and her commitment to the happiness of Dubai’s people.”
He also emphasized that “Dubai Social Agenda 33” is part of a broader and well-structured strategy, stating:
“Investing in the family is an investment in the nation’s future.”
The program’s strong outcomes highlight Dubai’s continued commitment to supporting families as the foundation of a resilient and prosperous society.
