In a major leap toward shaping the future of the global content economy, the UAE’s Influencer Hub—the first of its kind in the region—has successfully attracted 2,415 active members from 147 countries within just six months of launching. Together, these influencers reach a combined audience of over 2.45 billion followers across digital platforms.
The initiative is part of a broader strategy to position the UAE as the global capital of the content creation economy, with an ambitious target of hosting 10,000 influencers in the coming phases.
Building a Global Home for Content Creators
Launched as a flagship initiative under the “Billion Followers Summit” earlier this year, the Influencer Hub aims to create a unified platform for creators, digital entrepreneurs, and industry leaders from around the world. It offers a space to collaborate, innovate, and grow businesses, while supporting the sustainability of the creator economy and unlocking its future potential.
The hub has also successfully attracted 78 international companies from 24 countries, including leading names from the UK, USA, India, Pakistan, France, and Germany—further cementing the UAE’s appeal as a business and creative hub for the digital age.
A Hub for Global Impact and Positive Influence
The influencers who have joined the hub are among the most impactful digital voices globally. Their content spans a wide range of sectors—education, lifestyle, entertainment, culture, technology—and garners millions of views across various social media and digital platforms.
Through engaging and responsible content, these creators help shape public opinion, raise awareness on key global issues, and play a crucial role in accelerating the growth of the content economy worldwide.
Leadership Vision: Shaping the Future of the Creator Economy
Commenting on the success of the Influencer Hub, H.E. Mohammed Abdullah Al Gergawi, Minister of Cabinet Affairs, said:
“This achievement reflects the UAE’s global leadership in attracting top influencers and experts in the content economy. It is a direct result of the visionary approach of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.”
He emphasized the role of content creation as a key driver of future global trends and added:
“Our goal is to establish a fully integrated ecosystem that empowers creators and supports the spread of meaningful, impactful content that contributes to positive societal growth. The UAE is uniquely positioned to lead this global movement.”
A Creative Ecosystem Under One Roof
The Influencer Hub is designed as a creative incubator—offering exclusive services such as assistance with golden visa applications, business setup, and relocation support. The space is equipped to host over 300 workshops and events annually, fostering innovation, skill-building, and collaboration across cultures and industries.
The hub welcomes not only social media influencers, but also podcasters, visual artists, digital marketers, fashion brands, media producers, animation studios, and companies in AI, gaming, VR/AR, and software development. It also caters to talent agencies and entrepreneurs across the creative and tech sectors, ensuring a comprehensive, interconnected content ecosystem.
Empowering Global Creators to Inspire the World
As H.E. Al Gergawi put it:
“We believe that creativity and innovation are essential to building a better future for humanity. The Influencer Hub is more than just a space—it’s a global platform for inspiration, cultural exchange, and personal growth.”
With its inclusive vision and world-class infrastructure, the UAE continues to lead the way in shaping the future of digital influence, empowering creators to build content that not only entertains but also enlightens, connects, and inspires communities around the world.
