His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, met yesterday with his team during the annual gathering held at the Museum of the Future in Dubai. The meeting was attended by His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Second Deputy Ruler of Dubai.
During the gathering, His Highness praised the UAE’s government work system, which has witnessed remarkable and exceptional development in recent years. These advancements have had a tangible, positive impact across various sectors, particularly in areas that directly serve citizens and improve public services.
He called on the team to double their efforts, emphasizing that the current government season should be the most successful in terms of performance and achievement, continuing the pursuit of the UAE’s strategic federal goals and national aspirations.
In his remarks, Sheikh Mohammed said:
“Over more than 25 years, our national team has achieved major accomplishments and led transformative federal and global projects that have helped cement the UAE’s global leadership and serve its people.”
He added:
“We are optimistic about what lies ahead — about new accomplishments for the nation and its people, God willing, in this new season. Our national work continues with strength across all sectors, aiming to boost the UAE’s leadership and global competitiveness, to ensure prosperity for its people and to improve the quality of life for our society.”
Reaffirming his commitment, Sheikh Mohammed stated:
“Our national ambitions are vast — without limits. And we have the best team in the world — a team distinguished by its ability, determination, sincerity, and dedication to serving the homeland. A team that knows no such thing as impossible.”
On the social media platform X, Sheikh Mohammed shared a personal reflection:
“During today’s annual meeting with my team — a team I started working with more than 25 years ago — I’ve seen how, year after year, they grow in capability, achievement, and innovation. The passing years only add to their creativity and dedication. I’m proud of them and of all our national teams. Today, I instructed them to make the 2025–2026 government season the best ever — in achievement, in ideas, and in service to the people. They pledged commitment and excellence. The best is yet to come, with the best team, God willing.”
The annual meeting brought together top government leaders to review recent national achievements, discuss key development projects, and explore future ambitions and innovative ideas across developmental, social, and humanitarian fields. The session reinforced the UAE’s commitment to a flexible and evolving government model, one capable of adapting policies, legislation, and strategies across all sectors to meet national priorities and challenges.
