A New Green Escape
One of the highlights is the brand-new “World Gardens,” nestled between the Egypt and Iran pavilions. This serene space features beautiful plant designs and miniature versions of iconic landmarks from around the globe. It’s the perfect spot for a relaxed stroll or a peaceful family picnic — a little natural oasis within the lively heart of Global Village.
A Festive Parade Celebrating Three Decades
To honor three decades of entertainment, Global Village has launched a dazzling “30 Seasons” parade. Think colorful floats, lively performers, and rhythms that span cultures — all coming together in a joyful spectacle. The parade runs three nights a week (Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday) right after sunset, with two performances each evening. Performers from around the world bring cultural stories to life through dance and music, creating an atmosphere that’s festive and inclusive.
Underwater Spectacles and Laser Magic
Back by popular demand is the refurbished Dragon Lake, now displaying its upgraded underwater screen — recognized as the largest of its kind in the world. The enhanced clarity and detail make its captivating visuals even more immersive. At the center of the lake sits the iconic dragon sculpture, which anchors a dazzling show featuring six laser displays. Combined with fire effects, vibrant lights, and music, the result is a mesmerising multimedia experience staged in front of the main theatre.
Fireworks Every Weekend — and More
Of course, Global Village wouldn’t be complete without fireworks. The traditional fireworks nights continue every Friday and Saturday — and now, there’s a new addition: fireworks on Tuesdays at 9:00 PM, offering yet another chance for visitors to enjoy the skies sparkling over Dubai.
