The season reflects Dubai’s dynamic character, where spirituality blends seamlessly with entertainment and community engagement. Throughout the holy month, the emirate embraces values of togetherness, reflection, and generosity, creating a unified Ramadan experience across the city.
Celebrations are taking place across waterfront destinations, heritage districts, and major shopping centers. At Souk Al Seef along Dubai Creek, nightly fireworks illuminate the sky, accompanied by synchronized drone light shows portraying themes of unity and hospitality. Meanwhile, streets and key landmarks across the emirate are adorned with distinctive Ramadan decorations and lighting, adding to the festive atmosphere.
Several prominent destinations are hosting signature events. Festival Bay at Dubai Festival City presents “Ramadan at the Bay,” combining visual shows, communal iftar gatherings, and diverse retail experiences. Jumeirah Beach Residence is hosting “Ramadan Brings Us Together,” offering a family-friendly environment enhanced by captivating light displays.
On the cultural front, Al Safa Art and Design Library, in collaboration with Al Jalila Cultural Centre for Children, is organizing the “Ramadan Nights” program, featuring workshops and cultural performances tailored to various age groups.
Community and sports initiatives also continue throughout the week, including programs such as “Eyal Al Freej,” “Step for Life,” and “Hamael Al Khair,” all aimed at strengthening social bonds and promoting charitable values. The sports calendar includes the Skechers Performance Run at Dubai Design District, Dubai Basketball Club’s match against France’s LDLC ASVEL at Coca-Cola Arena, and the “UAE Super Saturday” racing event at Meydan Racecourse.
