Dubai’s Finest Flavours

Dubai’s Department of Economy and Tourism has introduced “Dubai’s Finest Flavours,” a citywide campaign designed to encourage residents and citizens to discover more of the emirate’s standout restaurants. The initiative will run for a limited time, ending on April 19, 2026.

Dubai’s food scene has long been one of its biggest strengths, playing a major role in its global appeal. The city continues to offer rich and varied dining experiences, where people can enjoy exceptional flavors in distinctive settings. With nearly 200 nationalities living in Dubai, this diversity naturally shows up in its restaurants and cafes, which draw inspiration from cultures and traditions around the world. The result is a dining landscape that blends authenticity with high standards, earning the city widespread international recognition.

The campaign features a strong lineup of well-known restaurants, including several Michelin-starred venues and Bib Gourmand award winners. Among the participating names are Avatara, Trèsind Studio, Il Ristorante – Niko Romito, Takahisa, Jones, The Guild, CÉ LA VI, Manao, 21 Grams, and Coya, along with many others.

As part of the campaign, diners can take advantage of exclusive offers that make fine dining more approachable. These include discounts of up to 50% on à la carte menus, in addition to business lunch deals and specially curated set menus.

Ahmed Al Khaja, CEO of Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment, noted that the food and beverage sector is not only an important economic driver, but also a space where people come together. He pointed out that Dubai’s diversity turns restaurants, cafes, and food events into places where cultures meet, stories are exchanged, and connections are built. Sharing a meal, he explained, helps bring people closer and creates moments of connection and celebration—something that reflects the essence of Dubai itself.

At the same time, the presence of leading international brands continues to strengthen Dubai’s position as a global culinary destination, while homegrown concepts are also gaining momentum. This balance highlights the strength of the city’s food ecosystem, where global influence and local creativity go hand in hand.

Through initiatives like “Dubai’s Finest Flavours,” Dubai once again highlights its ability to bring the world’s cuisines into one place—offering experiences that go beyond food and reflect its unique cultural mix.
