Attended by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President of the UAE, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, may God protect him, accompanied by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defence, and Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai, with the first cohort of the “Mohammed bin Rashid Specialized Missions” directed at national government cadres, in a step that reflects the country’s direction toward building future capabilities and strengthening the knowledge economy.
His Highness said in a post on his account on X: “With the first cohort of the Mohammed bin Rashid Specialized Missions, directed at national government cadres in the world’s leading universities, such as New York University, Georgetown University, Mohammed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence, and others.”
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum added: “The goal is to develop specialized expertise in future sectors among these cadres. The goal is for the government to keep learning, without stopping. We are a people who never stop learning, because knowledge is what took us from the simplicity of the desert to the depths of space.”
