Dubai Electricity and Water Authority has once again received the “Best Workplace” certification, an achievement that reflects its continued efforts to build an attractive and motivating work environment for its employees. The recognition was granted following an independent assessment conducted by Great Place to Work in the UAE, in cooperation with Fortune magazine.
DEWA ranked first in the UAE in the government entities category for 2025. It also secured the top position in the large organizations category for 2025 and 2026, confirming its leading status among institutions that place strong emphasis on workplace culture and employee happiness.
His Excellency Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, Managing Director and CEO of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, said that DEWA considers human capital a key foundation for achieving its vision and future ambitions.
