Dubai Fashion Week officially announced today the preliminary schedule for its Fall/Winter 2026–2027 edition, set to take place at Dubai Design District (d3) from February 1 to 6, 2026. As the first major event of the global fashion calendar, the week reinforces Dubai’s position as a rising hub in the international fashion industry.
This edition will present the world’s first runway shows of Fall/Winter 2026–2027 collections, further establishing Dubai Fashion Week as a global platform for innovation, creativity, and cultural exchange in the fashion sector.
Leading the event’s opening is the prestigious Italian luxury fashion house Alberta Ferretti, which will showcase its Fall/Winter 2026 collection in a full-scale runway presentation—its first of this kind in the region.
The upcoming week will serve as a stage for both local and international fashion talents, offering a rich program that includes exclusive runway shows, new collection launches, and professional networking opportunities between designers and key industry stakeholders.
Dubai Fashion Week is organized by Dubai Design District, the creative destination by TECOM Group, in strategic partnership with the Arab Fashion Council, with the goal of supporting and empowering designers and accelerating their global growth.
The Fall/Winter 2026–2027 edition will feature the return of several long-standing participating brands from the event’s committee, in addition to welcoming fresh talent and new fashion houses from various countries.
Khadija Al Bastaki, Senior Vice President of TECOM Group – Dubai Design District, stated that Dubai Fashion Week reflects the district’s role as a global platform where creative ideas turn into tangible success stories. She noted that the upcoming edition builds on the achievements of previous seasons and aims to strengthen connections between designers and the retail sector, opening doors to global market access.
Mohammed Aqra, Chief Strategy Officer at the Arab Fashion Council, emphasized that timing has become a strategic factor in the global fashion industry. He highlighted that Dubai Fashion Week contributes to global fashion dialogue and helps designers achieve stronger commercial results, further solidifying Dubai’s role as a springboard for creative talent reaching international markets.
As part of its expanded buyers’ program, the upcoming edition will also attract top global fashion platforms and retailers. The initiative aims to support high-potential emerging and growing brands and strengthen Dubai Fashion Week’s position as a strategic venue for discovering the next generation of fashion labels.
