Shatha Essa Al Mulla, the creative force behind the luxury fashion label Shatha Essa, shared how her brand was born out of a deep love for design and a commitment to quality. Since launching in 2016, she\u2019s learned that staying curious and adaptable is essential \u2014 especially in a fast-moving industry like fashion.<\/p>\n
Next was Rasha Al Dhanhani, a well-known name in the UAE\u2019s entrepreneurial world. As the founder of Papparoti and head of several other ventures, Rasha talked about how women often bring fresh ideas and emotional intelligence to the business world. For her, entrepreneurship isn\u2019t just about profit \u2014 it\u2019s about creating impact and legacy.<\/p>\n
Rounding out the panel was Latifa Bin Haider, whose work touches both technology and mental health. She\u2019s the founder of Baytukum and Aurora50, and co-founder of Mental Health AE. Mona Ghanem Al Marri, who leads the Dubai Women Establishment, said this series was designed to keep the momentum going from last year\u2019s From Dubai to the World initiative. She credited Sheikha Manal bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum for championing women\u2019s leadership and pushing for more inclusion in business.<\/p>\n
Al Marri also pointed to a major achievement: the UAE was ranked number one globally for entrepreneurial opportunities for the second year in a row, according to the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor. That recognition, she said, reflects a supportive climate that encourages bold ideas \u2014 especially from women.<\/p>\n
