Running from July 7, the initiative offers a rich mix of educational, cultural, and creative opportunities designed to shape the futures of Emirati girls during their school vacations.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"705\" data-end=\"854\">Khulood Al Matrooshi, Director of Events at the WRA\u2019s \u201cGenerations of Tomorrow\u201d division, outlines seven pivotal aims behind this year\u2019s program:<\/p>\n<ol data-start=\"856\" data-end=\"1900\">\n<li data-start=\"856\" data-end=\"986\">\n<p data-start=\"859\" data-end=\"986\">Productive Free Time<br data-start=\"883\" data-end=\"886\" \/>Encouraging constructive use of summer by engaging girls in purposeful and meaningful activities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"988\" data-end=\"1144\">\n<p data-start=\"991\" data-end=\"1144\">Strengthening Emirati Identity<br data-start=\"1025\" data-end=\"1028\" \/>Fostering national pride and community responsibility through programs that highlight belonging and civic values.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1146\" data-end=\"1308\">\n<p data-start=\"1149\" data-end=\"1308\">Life and Leadership Skills<br data-start=\"1179\" data-end=\"1182\" \/>Equipping participants with essential personal, social, and leadership abilities to prepare them for active societal roles.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1310\" data-end=\"1440\">\n<p data-start=\"1313\" data-end=\"1440\">Talent Discovery and Development<br data-start=\"1349\" data-end=\"1352\" \/>Providing platforms for artistic, cultural, and practical talents to emerge and grow.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1442\" data-end=\"1563\">\n<p data-start=\"1445\" data-end=\"1563\">Creative Self-Expression<br data-start=\"1473\" data-end=\"1476\" \/>Empowering participants to confidently convey their thoughts, ideas, and creativity.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1565\" data-end=\"1703\">\n<p data-start=\"1568\" data-end=\"1703\">Safe and Supportive Learning<br data-start=\"1600\" data-end=\"1603\" \/>Offering a nurturing environment overseen by professional educators to ensure quality and impact.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1705\" data-end=\"1900\">\n<p data-start=\"1708\" data-end=\"1900\">Supporting National Women\u2019s Empowerment<br data-start=\"1751\" data-end=\"1754\" \/>Contributing to the broader agenda of sustainable development by fostering an informed, confident youth ready to contribute to future progress.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p data-start=\"1902\" data-end=\"2032\">In its 30th year, the program targets 60 girls, including 5 participants with determination, across three age-based teams:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2033\" data-end=\"2145\">\n<li data-start=\"2033\" data-end=\"2062\">\n<p data-start=\"2035\" data-end=\"2062\">Ideas Team: ages 7\u201310<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2063\" data-end=\"2145\">\n<p data-start=\"2065\" data-end=\"2145\">Opportunities Team: ages 11\u201316 (inclusive of the 5 girls with determination)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2147\" data-end=\"2304\">Hosted at WRA\u2019s main facility in Abu\u202fHail, the program aligns with Dubai\u2019s Social Agenda 33 and enhances the UAE\u2019s annual theme of \u201cBuilding Community.\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2306\" data-end=\"2693\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Khulood emphasizes that \u201cSummer Skills 2025\u201d is more than a summer camp\u2014it aims to instill the value of sustainability through hands-on practice, encouraging girls to adopt mindful, resource-conscious habits.
