The exhibition continues until 26 January.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"788\" data-end=\"1111\">The event focuses on historic doors as essential architectural features that reflect authenticity, craftsmanship, and the welcoming spirit that has long been part of Dubai\u2019s identity. Through their materials, proportions, and fine detailing, the doors illustrate the emirate\u2019s architectural and urban development over time.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1113\" data-end=\"1613\">Serving as both a cultural and educational platform, the exhibition brings together architects, designers, engineers, creatives, and heritage enthusiasts. It encourages them to view traditional doors not only as functional structures, but also as symbolic elements and sources of inspiration for contemporary designs rooted in local identity. A key objective of the exhibition is to raise awareness \u2014 particularly among younger generations \u2014 about the importance of preserving architectural heritage.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1615\" data-end=\"1967\">Visitors are able to attend daily live workshops led by specialists from Dubai Municipality, where traditional door-making techniques are demonstrated in detail. The workshops feature the gradual creation of a replica of the door of Sheikh Saeed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, may God rest his soul, produced step by step throughout the exhibition.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1969\" data-end=\"2222\">In addition, the exhibition includes dedicated displays of restored historic doors that highlight their heritage significance, craftsmanship, and aesthetic value.
