At the end of 2025, Dubai\u2019s real estate market witnessed the most expensive apartment sale in its history, valued at AED 550 million within the \u201cBugatti Residences by Binghatti\u201d project. The second most expensive apartment sale was recorded in 2023 at \u201cComo Residences,\u201d a project developed by Nakheel, where a unit was sold for AED 500 million.<\/p>\n
According to data from the Dubai Land Department, the recently sold apartment is located in Jumeirah Second within the \u201cAman Residences Dubai\u201d project, developed by H&H Development. The development is among the ultra-luxury residential projects linked to the global hospitality brand Aman.<\/p>\n
The apartment spans approximately 31,200 square feet (around 2,898 square meters) and includes six bedrooms and a large living area, in addition to eight parking spaces. The transaction reflects an average price of about AED 13,525 per square foot.<\/p>\n
