In a sign that has even gone beyond analysts\u2019 expectations, the market continues to reflect steady confidence. Dubai\u2019s real estate sector, in particular, is maintaining its solid momentum, supported by consistent demand and growing trust among investors. During the fourth week of Ramadan, total real estate transactions in the emirate reached around AED 16.11 billion.<\/p>\n
At the same time, developers are continuing to move ahead with their projects, helping keep the market stable and reliable. Dubai Investments, through its real estate arm \u201cDubai Investments Real Estate,\u201d confirmed that construction work across its projects is progressing according to approved delivery timelines.<\/p>\n
The market is also seeing the launch of new projects, further showing the strength of investment activity. National Properties, the real estate arm of National Bonds Corporation, announced a new commercial tower project valued at AED 500 million, adding to the sector\u2019s growing pipeline.<\/p>\n
In Abu Dhabi, demand has been especially strong. Ohana Development reported impressive results for its residential project \u201cManchester City Yas Residences by Ohana,\u201d located along the Yas Canal waterfront, where sales reached AED 6 billion in just 72 hours.<\/p>\n
The breakdown of investors in the project also highlights the UAE\u2019s wide appeal.
