Dubai is preparing to welcome a new edition of Dubai Restaurant Week this May, offering food lovers the chance to explore a wide range of international flavours across some of the city\u2019s most popular dining destinations.<\/p>\n
Running from May 1 to 17, 2026, the event will feature more than 125 restaurants, each presenting exclusive menus created especially for the occasion. The participating venues represent over 25 global cuisines, reflecting the diversity that has become a defining feature of Dubai\u2019s dining scene.<\/p>\n
This year\u2019s edition brings together a strong mix of fine dining restaurants, stylish contemporary venues, homegrown concepts, and award-winning names. Several participating restaurants have been recognised by respected guides and rankings, including the Michelin Guide, Gault&Millau, and the list of the Middle East & North Africa\u2019s 50 Best Restaurants.<\/p>\n
Guests will be able to enjoy a two-course lunch menu for AED 125 per person or a three-course dinner menu for AED 250 per person. The fixed-price menus give residents and visitors a simple way to try new restaurants, revisit favourite spots, and enjoy curated dishes at competitive prices.<\/p>\n
The selection covers a wide range of cuisines, including Japanese, Italian, Latin American, Middle Eastern, Indian, and more. Local concepts will also have a strong presence, with restaurants such as Gerbou offering a refined dining experience inspired by Emirati hospitality and culture.<\/p>\n
More than 30 restaurants listed in the Michelin Guide are expected to take part, including one Michelin-starred venue. The chef lineup also includes well-known international names such as Nobu Matsuhisa, Gordon Ramsay, Izu Ani, Alvin Leung, Akira Back, Kelvin Cheung, and Hadrien Villedieu, alongside distinctive homegrown concepts such as Girl & the Goose by chef Gabriela Chamorro.<\/p>\n
One of the key updates for the 2026 edition is the full integration of bookings through Careem DineOut. This will allow users to browse participating restaurants, view special menus, and make reservations directly through one platform, making the overall experience easier and more convenient.<\/p>\n
Ahmed Al Khaja, CEO of Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment, said the event continues to highlight the growth and variety of Dubai\u2019s restaurant sector. He noted that Dubai Restaurant Week began with just 30 participating restaurants and has now grown to include more than 125 venues, showing the strong appeal of the event among diners and restaurants alike.<\/p>\n
