The new concept brings together air-conditioning systems with interior design elements, finishes, ceilings, lighting, wayfinding, and architectural details within one cohesive environment that reflects Dubai Square\u2019s identity and the level of quality the destination aims to deliver across its various facilities.<\/p>\n
Dubai Square\u2019s vision is based on the idea that parking facilities should not be treated simply as a service area separated from the rest of the destination, but rather as an extension of the visitor experience from the moment they arrive.<\/p>\n
The concept includes air-conditioned parking spaces with carefully considered interior finishes, ceilings, lighting, clear wayfinding systems, and architectural details designed to make the transition from the car to the destination easier, calmer, and more seamless.<\/p>\n
These elements are also intended to provide greater comfort for visitors during both arrival and departure, in line with Dubai Square\u2019s position as an integrated destination combining shopping, hospitality, and business.<\/p>\n
Mohamed Alabbar, Founder of Emaar Properties, said: \u201cAt Dubai Square, the customer experience should begin before the mall entrance. Parking should be comfortable, easy to use and beautifully designed, not just a secondary element. This approach reflects a vision centered on every detail of the visitor journey, rather than limiting the experience to the interior spaces of the shopping center. Instead, the experience extends to the stages before entering the mall and after leaving it.<\/p>\n
Emaar Properties announced Dubai Square in December 2025 as the world\u2019s first shopping center designed around the \u201cdrive-through mall\u201d concept.<\/p>\n
The concept forms part of an integrated vision that brings together different modes of transportation, pedestrian-friendly streets, and next-generation retail experiences, giving visitors greater flexibility in moving around and accessing different areas of the destination.<\/p>\n
The development of air-conditioned, thoughtfully designed parking facilities fits naturally within this vision, turning mobility and arrival into a seamless extension of the overall concept of the project.<\/p>\n
