The project marks a new addition to Dubai Retail\u2019s growing portfolio, bringing the total number of its malls, shopping destinations, and leisure venues across Dubai to 57. The expansion further strengthens the group\u2019s presence in some of the emirate\u2019s most important areas of urban growth and development.<\/p>\n
The Yard is scheduled to open in 2027 and is set to become a key destination serving the future daily needs of Palm Jebel Ali residents through a carefully selected mix of retail outlets, restaurants, and essential services.<\/p>\n
As Palm Jebel Ali continues to develop and establish itself as one of Dubai\u2019s most prominent waterfront communities, The Yard is expected to offer residents and visitors an integrated experience that combines everyday services, dining options, and social spaces within a single destination.<\/p>\n
This mix will help make daily life more convenient for residents, while giving them easy access to essential services as well as leisure and social experiences close to their homes.<\/p>\n
The new destination will span approximately 70,000 square feet of total leasable area and will include 26 retail outlets and facilities covering shopping, dining, fitness, and everyday services.<\/p>\n
