It first entered the list at No. 44 in 2023, then moved up to ninth place in 2024, reached sixth in 2025, and has now achieved its highest position yet at No. 4 in 2026.<\/p>\n<p>This rapid progress reflects the hotel\u2019s ability to establish itself among the world\u2019s leading luxury accommodation destinations, while adding another milestone to Dubai\u2019s record in tourism and hospitality.<\/p>\n<h3>795 Rooms and a Complete Luxury Hospitality Experience<\/h3>\n<p>Since opening on Palm Jumeirah in 2023, Atlantis The Royal has become one of Dubai\u2019s most prominent modern hospitality landmarks, thanks to its distinctive design and comprehensive guest experience aimed at travelers seeking luxury.<\/p>\n<p>The resort features 795 rooms and is made up of six interconnected towers with a striking architectural design, in addition to a diverse collection of restaurants, several of which are led by internationally renowned chefs.<\/p>\n<p>The hotel also features a rooftop infinity pool, which has become one of its most recognizable attractions, along with a wide range of leisure and relaxation options that enhance the guest experience.<\/p>\n<p>This combination of design, service, dining, and its prime location on Palm Jumeirah has helped the hotel build a strong presence in the global competition among the world\u2019s finest luxury hotels.<\/p>\n<h3>Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab Jumps to 15th Place Globally<\/h3>\n<p>Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab also recorded a notable rise in the global ranking, climbing to 15th place in 2026 compared with 20th place when it first appeared on the list last year.<\/p>\n<p>The rapid rise reflects the hotel\u2019s strong presence despite being relatively new.
