Dubai has continued to strengthen its position among the world\u2019s leading luxury hospitality destinations, after two hotels in the emirate secured places among the top 15 hotels globally for 2026, marking another achievement that reinforces the city\u2019s strong presence on the international luxury tourism map.<\/p>\n
Atlantis The Royal climbed to fourth place globally in the ranking issued by \u201cThe 50,\u201d improving from sixth place last year and continuing its remarkable upward journey since first appearing on the list.<\/p>\n
At the same time, Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab reached 15th place worldwide after moving up five positions compared with last year, giving Dubai two hotels among the global hospitality elite.<\/p>\n
Atlantis The Royal continued its strong performance in international rankings, not only reaching fourth place globally, but also retaining its title as the best hotel in the Middle East and winning the award for best beach hotel.<\/p>\n
The results were announced during a ceremony held in Paris, where the hotel stood out as one of the leading names on the global list, confirming the reputation it has built in a relatively short period since opening.<\/p>\n
The hotel has recorded a steady rise in the global ranking. It first entered the list at No. 44 in 2023, then moved up to ninth place in 2024, reached sixth in 2025, and has now achieved its highest position yet at No. 4 in 2026.<\/p>\n
This rapid progress reflects the hotel\u2019s ability to establish itself among the world\u2019s leading luxury accommodation destinations, while adding another milestone to Dubai\u2019s record in tourism and hospitality.<\/p>\n
Since opening on Palm Jumeirah in 2023, Atlantis The Royal has become one of Dubai\u2019s most prominent modern hospitality landmarks, thanks to its distinctive design and comprehensive guest experience aimed at travelers seeking luxury.<\/p>\n
The resort features 795 rooms and is made up of six interconnected towers with a striking architectural design, in addition to a diverse collection of restaurants, several of which are led by internationally renowned chefs.<\/p>\n
The hotel also features a rooftop infinity pool, which has become one of its most recognizable attractions, along with a wide range of leisure and relaxation options that enhance the guest experience.<\/p>\n
This combination of design, service, dining, and its prime location on Palm Jumeirah has helped the hotel build a strong presence in the global competition among the world\u2019s finest luxury hotels.<\/p>\n
Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab also recorded a notable rise in the global ranking, climbing to 15th place in 2026 compared with 20th place when it first appeared on the list last year.<\/p>\n
The rapid rise reflects the hotel\u2019s strong presence despite being relatively new. It began welcoming guests in March 2025 next to Burj Al Arab, adding another major hospitality destination to the prominent hotel landmarks in the Jumeirah area.<\/p>\n
The hotel completes Jumeirah\u2019s waterfront trio alongside Jumeirah Beach Hotel and Burj Al Arab, in an area that is considered one of Dubai\u2019s best-known coastal tourism destinations.<\/p>\n
Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab features 386 rooms, 11 restaurants, four swimming pools, a marina with capacity for 82 yachts, and a three-story spa.<\/p>\n
Its rise to 15th place globally gives Dubai an even stronger presence among the world\u2019s leading hotels and reflects the emirate\u2019s continued expansion in delivering high-end hospitality experiences.<\/p>\n
Having two Dubai hotels among the world\u2019s top 15 places the emirate alongside some of the most prominent international hospitality destinations in cities such as Hong Kong, Bangkok, Tokyo, Florence, London, and Paris.<\/p>\n
Rosewood Hong Kong topped the global ranking for the second consecutive year, followed by Capella Bangkok in second place and Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River in third, ahead of Atlantis The Royal in fourth place.<\/p>\n
Passalacqua on Lake Como ranked fifth, followed by Rosewood S\u00e3o Paulo in sixth, Mandarin Oriental Qianmen in Beijing in seventh, The Upper House Hong Kong in eighth, Chabl\u00e9 Yucat\u00e1n in Mexico in ninth, and Mandarin Oriental Bangkok in 10th.<\/p>\n
