This year\u2019s edition is being held under the theme \u201cAre You Future Ready? Your Career Starts Now,\u201d highlighting the rapid changes reshaping the world of work and the new opportunities emerging through technology and innovation.<\/p>\n
Employment remains a central priority at Ru\u2019ya 2026, alongside career guidance, education, leadership, entrepreneurship, innovation, and science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). Together, these areas offer young people an opportunity to explore career options that match their interests, skills, and ambitions.<\/p>\n
Ru\u2019ya 2026 brings together a wide range of employers from different economic and professional sectors, giving young Emiratis the opportunity to connect directly with recruiters, explore available positions, and discover industries in which they can build their careers.<\/p>\n
Participating sectors include banking, technology, professional services, government, retail, infrastructure, and emerging industries, reflecting the diversity of opportunities available in the UAE labor market.<\/p>\n
Among the participating organizations are Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB), Al-Futtaim, Bain & Company, Dubai Civil Defence, Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), Dubai Police, e&, Emirates NBD, Ernst & Young (EY), KPMG, Majid Al Futtaim, Mastercard, PwC, Dubai\u2019s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), the UAE Space Agency, and Unilever.<\/p>\n

Conversations will address emerging employment opportunities, changing workplace expectations, and the skills young people will need as technology and artificial intelligence continue to transform industries.<\/p>\n

Participating entities include the Dubai Government Human Resources Department, the Emirati Human Resources Development Council, the Knowledge and Human Development Authority, the Ministry of Education, and the Nafis program.<\/p>\n
Their participation allows visitors to explore initiatives and programs designed to support young Emiratis at different stages of their educational and professional journeys. The exhibition brings together government organizations, educational institutions, and employers on a single platform.<\/p>\n
The event takes place as employment opportunities for UAE nationals continue to expand. By the end of the first half of 2026, the number of Emiratis working in the country’s private sector had exceeded 190,000.<\/p>\n
Employers continue to broaden career opportunities for UAE nationals across established and emerging industries, reflecting the variety of professional paths available in the UAE’s evolving labor market.<\/p>\n
