Dubai Summer Surprises: A Week Packed With Concerts, Prizes, and Experiences Across the City

Dubai Summer Surprises 2026 continues to offer a diverse program that brings together entertainment, shopping, family activities, and dining experiences, with a new lineup of events running through August 9 and giving Dubai residents and visitors plenty of ways to enjoy the summer across the city.

This week brings a selection of standout events, including live concerts featuring a number of popular Arab music stars, back-to-school activities, family-friendly entertainment experiences, as well as shopping offers and opportunities to win a variety of prizes.

The coming days also mark the final chance to visit “The Riviera” experience at City Centre Mirdif before it comes to an end on August 9.

Concerts and Musical Events

Dubai Summer Surprises will host back-to-school celebrations at Palm Jumeirah Mall on August 7 and 8, offering a family-friendly atmosphere filled with live shows, interactive activities, and competitions.

The program includes dance performances, magic acts, balloon twisting, and K-pop-inspired shows, along with appearances by young talents and entertainment activities for children. Visitors will also have the chance to meet Modesh and Dana and take part in competitions offering shopping vouchers as prizes.

On August 8, Dubai World Trade Centre will host a concert as part of “Beat The Heat DXB Season 5,” featuring Al Shami and Lebanese singer Lynn Hayek in an evening that combines emotional songs with live musical performances.

At the same venue on the same night, audiences will also have the opportunity to see Rami Gamal and Wael Jassar perform at the “Night of Love and Tears” concert, where the two artists will present a selection of contemporary Arabic songs in an atmosphere blending romance, emotion, and classic Arabic musical style.

The musical events continue on August 9 with “The Blue Symphony,” presented by the Nandagovindam Connect ensemble. The performance celebrates Indian music through a combination of sound and visual elements designed to appeal to audiences of different ages and nationalities.

Sports and Family Experiences

Dubai Outlet Mall will host the “Dubai Outlet Mall Run” series on August 9, offering several race options suitable for participants with different fitness levels.

The races include distances of 1 kilometer, 2.5 kilometers, 5 kilometers, and 10 kilometers, all taking place in an atmosphere that combines physical activity with entertainment, alongside family activities and live music that add extra energy to the experience.

Shopping and Prizes

A number of shopping promotions and special initiatives will continue throughout the week, giving visitors more opportunities to benefit from the Dubai Summer Surprises season.

Among them is the “Earn 5X Apparel Club Points” promotion, running from August 7 to 9, which allows members to multiply their rewards when shopping at participating brands.

The “Dubai Summer Surprises Winning Receipt” promotion also continues until August 12, giving shoppers the chance to enter daily draws when they spend AED 300 or more at participating electronics stores, with a variety of prizes available to win.

The “Modesh Scholarship” campaign gives families the opportunity to win one of 10 scholarships with a total value of up to AED 200,000 as part of the back-to-school campaign, which runs until August 29.

The Aura loyalty program is also offering members the chance to win one million points, worth AED 20,000, by shopping and dining at participating brands.

Emax, in partnership with the Shukran loyalty program, is also offering a special back-to-school promotion that includes a range of benefits, such as bonus points and discounts on selected electronics.

Summer Flavors in Dubai

The “AED 10 Dish” campaign continues to attract food lovers by offering a wide selection of dishes and desserts at special prices, with more than 160 restaurants and cafes participating across different areas of Dubai.

The campaign gives visitors the chance to discover new flavors and dining experiences that combine variety, quality, and good value throughout the summer season.

Chef Society at City Centre Mirdif also continues to offer a diverse dining experience, bringing together a number of specialty restaurants in one location, along with live entertainment during weekends.

“The Riviera” experience at City Centre Mirdif is entering its final week, giving visitors one last opportunity to enjoy interactive workshops, entertainment shows, play areas, and family surprises before it concludes on August 9.

Dubai Summer Surprises 2026 will continue until August 30, with more experiences, offers, and activities that reinforce Dubai’s position as a summer destination combining entertainment, shopping, dining, and family events, while providing residents and visitors with a continuously refreshed program throughout the season.
