In a powerful push to accelerate Dubai’s role as a global entrepreneurship powerhouse, His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of The Executive Council, inaugurated the Dubai Entrepreneurs Hub—a comprehensive platform designed to unify and enhance the city’s startup and SME ecosystem.
The launch, which took place at the “25hours Hotel” in One Central, marks a major step in the Dubai Economic Agenda D33. It’s a joint initiative between Dubai’s Department of Economy and Tourism and the Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy, crafted to support innovation and empower entrepreneurs with the tools, space, and network they need to thrive.
A Unified Platform for a Bold Vision
Sheikh Hamdan emphasized that entrepreneurship is not merely an economic activity—it is a core pillar of sustainable development and a key driver of future progress. He stressed the importance of public-private collaboration to empower entrepreneurs, turn creative ideas into success stories, and position Dubai as a global center for innovation and enterprise.
“From Dubai, global success stories have been born. Today, we continue building on those achievements. Our aim is for Dubai to be the launchpad for ambitious visionaries to grow into global leaders,” said Sheikh Hamdan.
On his official “X” (formerly Twitter) account, he further announced:
“We launched the Dubai Entrepreneurs Hub to consolidate efforts, support startup growth, and provide the world’s best business environment. We aim to help 30 startups become global unicorns and boost the regional and international presence of 400 SMEs by 2033.”
A Next-Gen Hub for Next-Gen Companies
More than just a co-working space, the Dubai Entrepreneurs Hub is the first of its kind to seamlessly integrate physical space with a comprehensive digital ecosystem. Over 25 partners from both the public and private sectors—ranging from venture capital firms and financial institutions to telecom companies and incubators—are already onboard, creating a powerhouse network for entrepreneurial growth.
The hub operates on a unique “hub and spoke” model, connecting entrepreneurs with Dubai’s free zones, incubators, accelerators, and other innovation hubs. It offers:
-
Accelerator programs tailored to specific industries
-
Expert mentorship and guidance at every business stage
-
Direct access to investors and funding opportunities
-
A vibrant co-working community and event space
-
A digital platform for learning, collaboration, and business setup
Entrepreneurs also gain customized consulting, startup partnerships, licensing support, and access to global networks and best practices.
Driving D33: The Bigger Picture
As part of the Dubai Economic Agenda (D33), the Entrepreneurs Hub plays a critical role in realizing ambitious goals:
-
Supporting the growth of 30 unicorns—startups valued at over 1 billion dollars—to rise from Dubai

Helping 400 SMEs expand globally by 2033

Positioning Dubai as the top global destination for ambitious entrepreneurs
