Located in Downtown Dubai and Business Bay, the two luxury residential developments are beginning to display the distinctive designs inspired by their respective automotive brands.
Both projects are part of Dubai’s expanding market for internationally branded residences, bringing the identities of two globally recognized luxury car manufacturers into residential architecture.
Construction has progressed considerably on both developments, with the main structures rising significantly and their distinctive architectural features becoming increasingly visible. Work continues across various sections of the buildings, including structural construction, facade installation, and finishing.
Although both developments are inspired by luxury automotive brands, their architectural styles differ considerably. Mercedes-Benz Places has a sleek, vertical profile, while Bugatti Residences features a wider structure characterized by sweeping curves and undulating lines. These contrasting designs give each building a distinct presence on Dubai’s skyline.
Mercedes-Benz Places: A 341-Meter Luxury Residential Tower in Downtown Dubai
Mercedes-Benz Places – Binghatti is steadily taking shape in Downtown Dubai, where the tower’s design is becoming more apparent as construction progresses. Its architecture draws on the visual identity of Mercedes-Benz, incorporating design elements associated with the German luxury car manufacturer.
The 341-meter residential tower will have 71 floors and three basement levels designated for parking. Official project information indicates that it will contain 150 luxury residential units.
Its exterior design incorporates flowing lines and dynamic architectural details inspired by Mercedes-Benz vehicles. These elements extend across the building’s facade, giving the tower a contemporary appearance that sets it apart from neighboring developments.
Sustainability is also integrated into the architectural concept. The project includes photovoltaic panels arranged in a design pattern inspired by Mercedes-Benz, combining renewable energy technology with the brand’s distinctive visual identity.
Mercedes-Benz Places represents the first real estate partnership between Binghatti and Mercedes-Benz. The collaboration later expanded with the launch of Mercedes-Benz Places Binghatti City in Nad Al Sheba.
The subsequent development comprises 12 towers within a master plan valued at AED 30 billion, extending the partnership beyond its initial residential project in Downtown Dubai.
Bugatti Residences Brings French-Inspired Architecture to Business Bay
Construction is also advancing on Bugatti Residences by Binghatti in Business Bay, where the building’s curved architectural form is becoming increasingly prominent.
Inspired by the elegance of French design and the distinctive lines of Bugatti vehicles, the residential tower will stand 200 meters tall. It will comprise 48 floors, with an additional four basement levels dedicated to parking, and will accommodate a collection of luxury residences reflecting the identity of the French automotive brand.
Unlike the vertical profile of Mercedes-Benz Places, Bugatti Residences features a broader architectural structure defined by flowing curves and undulating forms. Its distinctive shape sets it apart from the more conventional towers in Business Bay.
According to Binghatti, the building’s exterior draws inspiration from the fluidity of nature and the curves of the French Riviera. These influences are incorporated into the tower’s architectural design, combining French-inspired elegance with Bugatti’s recognizable identity.
As work continues on the main structure, facade installation and interior finishing, the building’s architectural details are becoming more visible. Its distinctive exterior is gradually taking shape within one of Dubai’s major real estate districts.
Dubai Becomes the First City to Host Both Mercedes-Benz and Bugatti Residential Developments
The two projects mark an expansion of Mercedes-Benz and Bugatti beyond the luxury automotive industry and into branded residential real estate.
Bugatti Residences by Binghatti is the world’s first residential development to carry the Bugatti name. Mercedes-Benz Places – Binghatti, meanwhile, is the first luxury residential project globally to bear the Mercedes-Benz brand.
With both towers under development, Dubai is set to become the first city in the world to accommodate residential projects associated with both automotive manufacturers.
Despite their shared connection to luxury car brands, the developments have separate architectural identities. Mercedes-Benz Places draws on the German manufacturer’s streamlined design language, while Bugatti Residences incorporates the flowing forms and French-inspired aesthetic associated with its brand.
The projects also illustrate Binghatti’s approach to developing branded residences, with each building designed around the characteristics of its automotive partner rather than following a single architectural style.
