In a significant step toward strengthening Dubai’s position as a leader in advanced technology and business innovation, 11 major companies from various economic sectors have pledged to integrate Agentic AI into their operations. The announcement was made in the presence of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, with the support of Dubai Chambers, reflecting the business community’s growing engagement with the emirate’s private-sector transformation program.
The commitment forms part of an initiative launched last May by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, and Chairman of the Executive Council of Dubai.
Overseen by Dubai Chambers, the program aims to help private-sector companies make effective use of advanced Agentic AI technologies, enabling them to improve their operations, develop their capabilities, and benefit from the opportunities these solutions offer.

His Excellency added:
“This pledge reflects growing awareness within the business community that Agentic AI is no longer an option for the future, but has become an essential pillar for enhancing efficiency, innovation, and competitiveness, and for building more flexible operating models that are better prepared for the requirements of the next phase.”
These remarks underline the growing importance of Agentic AI in the development of modern business models and its role in helping companies respond more effectively to changes in the market.
They also highlight how these technologies can support companies in improving productivity, strengthening their capabilities, and creating opportunities for sustainable business growth.
From Technology Adoption to Improving Operations and Services
The pledge by the 11 companies represents a practical move toward expanding the use of Agentic AI across business activities, marking a shift from exploring the technology’s potential to integrating its applications into everyday operations and services.
The areas in which companies can benefit include improving customer services, developing internal procedures, streamlining administrative and operational processes, and supporting more effective decision-making.
By incorporating these technologies into different areas of their businesses, companies can work toward greater productivity, better operational performance, and improved responsiveness to changing market requirements.
The commitment also reflects the participating companies’ interest in investing in advanced tools that can help them maintain growth and adapt to the rapid changes taking place in the global business environment.
The involvement of organizations from different sectors further emphasizes the value of cooperation between Dubai Chambers and the private sector in accelerating digital transformation.
Such cooperation supports the development of a more innovative and adaptable business environment, while helping companies make better use of technology to strengthen their competitive capabilities.
14,000 Companies to Receive Agentic AI Training
The Agentic AI transformation program for Dubai’s private sector, overseen by Dubai Chambers, includes a range of specialized initiatives designed to prepare businesses to adopt these technologies and apply them within their operations.
As part of the program, Dubai Chambers recently launched specialized training tracks aimed at equipping 14,000 companies belonging to the Business Groups and Business Councils operating under Dubai Chamber of Commerce with the skills needed to use Agentic AI.
The training focuses on helping participating companies integrate these technologies into their administrative and operational activities, while developing the knowledge and institutional capabilities required for effective implementation.
The initiative is intended to expand the number of businesses benefiting from advanced AI applications and strengthen their ability to use these solutions in ways that support their activities.
The wider program also includes establishing incubators for Agentic AI companies that contribute to Dubai’s transformation, as well as supporting the development of businesses specializing in creating and deploying Agentic AI solutions.
Another important part of the initiative involves sharing knowledge and building institutional capabilities within the Dubai Chambers ecosystem.
Together, these efforts are designed to help businesses develop the expertise needed to adopt Agentic AI and make practical use of its capabilities across different areas of their operations.
