Dubai is preparing to welcome more than 10,000 participants from around the world for Dubai Future Week 2026, taking place from November 18 to 21 at Emirates Towers and the Museum of the Future. Organized by Dubai Future Foundation under the theme “For the Future Human,” the four-day event will bring together experts, inventors, innovators, investors, entrepreneurs, policymakers, and specialists from a wide range of fields. The program brings together different ways of exploring the future, from expert discussions and practical workshops to exhibitions, competitions, and experiences open to the public. Across eight main platforms, participants will have opportunities to exchange ideas, explore new technologies, and take part in conversations about the challenges and possibilities that lie ahead.
Dialogue Platform: Global Conversations Beyond Traditional Formats
At the Museum of the Future, the auditorium will become a meeting place for global leaders, scientists, thinkers, innovators, and decision-makers, with additional discussions taking place across Emirates Towers. The Dialogue Platform is designed to offer something more interactive than a conventional conference session. Rather than limiting the experience to speakers addressing an audience, it will feature open conversations, live discussions, and simulations that encourage people to take part. The idea is to give attendees a more active role in exploring future possibilities, sharing their perspectives, and contributing to discussions that bring together different fields of knowledge and experience.
Experiences and Innovations Platform: 100 Projects from Around the World
One of the main attractions at Area 2071 in Emirates Towers will be the “Dubai Future Solutions – Prototypes for Humanity” exhibition, featuring 100 outstanding student projects chosen from thousands of submissions worldwide. Each project looks at ways to address social or environmental challenges through innovation. The annual initiative is held under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence, and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Dubai Future Foundation, and under the supervision of Her Highness Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairperson of Dubai Culture and Arts Authority (Dubai Culture). Alongside the exhibition, visitors will be able to explore some unusual applications of technology, including tasting a meal produced entirely through soil-free cultivation, experiencing an AI-powered health screening in just 60 seconds, and trying on virtual clothing.
Future Projects Platform: New Opportunities for Innovators and Entrepreneurs
For innovators and entrepreneurs looking to develop their ideas further, the Future Projects Platform will offer an opportunity to present promising projects before specialized judging panels and compete for investment opportunities that could support business expansion from Dubai. Another part of the program will focus on the rules and policies needed to keep pace with technological change. Through the Future Legislation Platform, ministers, government leaders, policymakers, private-sector representatives, regulators, and international organizations will come together to work on future regulatory frameworks covering artificial intelligence, data governance, and emerging technologies. The outcomes of these meetings will be shared with relevant partners and stakeholders.
Future Challenges Platform: AI and Robotics Competitions
Artificial intelligence and robotics will have a dedicated place at Dubai Future Week, with the Future Challenges Platform bringing together talented participants for a series of technology competitions. These will include the third edition of the International AI Challenge, robotics competitions, hackathons, and virtual simulations. Beyond the competitions, the Side Events Platform will provide space for smaller, specialized meetings and closed-door discussions, allowing experts, innovators, content creators, and decision-makers to exchange knowledge and build connections. The Future of Dubai Platform will also bring together leaders and professionals from the emirate’s key sectors for interactive discussions that draw on their practical experience to help shape ideas for Dubai’s future.
Outdoor Events Platform: Where Technology, Culture, and Entertainment Meet
The experience will extend beyond conference halls and exhibition spaces. Throughout Dubai Future Week, the Dubai Future District will host outdoor activities bringing together technology, art, sports, culture, food, and community experiences. Visitors will have the chance to explore innovation in a more relaxed and engaging setting, with activities that make future technologies and ideas easier to experience firsthand. Together, the eight platforms will offer different ways to take part in the event, whether through discussions, competitions, exhibitions, or interactive experiences. With thousands of participants and 100 student projects from around the world, Dubai Future Week 2026 will bring people and ideas together around a common focus: exploring innovations and solutions that can benefit humanity.
