Mohammad Al Gergawi: The UAE Continues to Strengthen a Unique Government Model Built on Integration and Team Spirit

His Excellency Mohammad Abdullah Al Gergawi, Minister of Cabinet Affairs, affirmed that the UAE, guided by a proactive leadership vision and the directives of its wise leadership, continues to consolidate a distinctive government model founded on integration and a one-team spirit, driven by foresight, the transformation of challenges into opportunities, and enhanced readiness for the next phase through flexible government priorities that keep pace with global developments and generate societal impact.

He made these remarks during the Forum on Upcoming Government Priorities, organized by the Government Accelerators Center at the Ministry of Cabinet Affairs, with the participation of more than 40 federal entities and in the presence of His Excellency Omar سلطان Al Olama, Minister of State for Artificial Intelligence, Digital Economy and Remote Work Applications, and Her Excellency Huda Al Hashimi, Assistant Minister of Cabinet Affairs for Strategic Affairs.

His Excellency Mohammad Al Gergawi said: “The next phase for the UAE is defined by accelerating the transition toward high-quality projects and policies within more impactful government priorities, in a manner that aligns with a new stage of economic growth.”

He also affirmed: “The directives of the wise leadership are to keep pace with changes and prepare for a phase of faster economic, societal, and developmental growth.”

The Minister also stressed during the meeting that accelerating global challenges require the development of government thinking tools and the redefinition of the concepts of excellence and competitiveness in line with global transformations. He explained that joint work teams are leading the design and implementation of transformative, high-quality projects based on integration among entities and faster execution, thereby enhancing the country’s readiness for the next phase, creating a tangible positive impact on society’s quality of life, and helping consolidate the UAE’s global leadership.

The forum featured a review of a package of upcoming government priorities across two main phases. The first phase addressed the evaluation of current government projects according to impact and priority criteria, while the second phase focused on developing integrated models for joint government projects that support the achievement of the next phase’s objectives.

Participants also discussed ways to reorganize government priorities in line with global changes and to strengthen the UAE’s readiness through high-quality projects focused on future growth opportunities, in addition to reviewing methodologies for accelerating implementation and directing resources efficiently toward the most impactful initiatives.

The forum also included a presentation of the most prominent transformative projects reflecting the UAE’s approach to turning challenges into opportunities, along with a review of existing projects that have achieved a positive impact at the national level, and new initiatives developed on the basis of promising development opportunities in vital sectors.
