Dubai Chambers on Tuesday launched specialized training tracks aimed at enabling and training 14,000 companies that are members of the Business Groups and Business Councils operating under Dubai Chamber of Commerce to adopt assistive artificial intelligence technologies and integrate them into their administrative and operational processes.
The launch of these training tracks coincided with the inauguration of the Dubai Chambers Academy, an integrated digital platform offering specialized AI training programs for the private sector, in addition to a broad range of training programs covering various fields that support the development of the business community’s skills.
The launch was attended by His Excellency Eng. Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansoori, Chairman of Dubai Chambers, Mohammad Ali Rashed Lootah, President and CEO of Dubai Chambers, as well as 90 heads of Business Groups and Business Councils.

Through the specialized training tracks, we look forward to equipping the private sector with the capabilities and expertise necessary to understand assistive artificial intelligence technologies and transform their potential into practical applications.”
His Excellency emphasized that the training tracks available digitally through the Dubai Chambers Academy platform provide companies with an opportunity to build a strong knowledge base in assistive artificial intelligence and gain a broader understanding of how this technology can be applied across different areas of business. This will help strengthen their capabilities and increase their readiness for the growing role of artificial intelligence in the future of business.
Training Tracks to Turn AI into Practical Applications
The new training tracks cover the concepts of assistive artificial intelligence as well as specialized practical applications related to its use in business environments, helping companies move from simply understanding the technology to applying it effectively in their day-to-day operations.
The programs also address the latest available AI tools and solutions, along with best practices that can be used to develop administrative and operational processes and improve efficiency and productivity across organizations.
The tracks also focus on improving the quality of decision-making and provide practical models that help companies adopt these technologies and harness their capabilities to create practical solutions that can support growth and open new opportunities for development.
Dubai Chambers Academy as a Digital Platform for Capability Building
The Dubai Chambers Academy serves as an integrated digital platform designed to broaden access to specialized training programs and make them available to private-sector companies, contributing to the development of knowledge and skills related to advanced technologies.
The academy gives companies access to training tracks that help them develop a deeper understanding of assistive artificial intelligence, explore its potential applications across various processes and activities, and strengthen their institutional capabilities in dealing with the rapid transformations taking place in the business world.
The initiative comes at a time when the use of artificial intelligence is expanding across multiple sectors, making the development of human and institutional capabilities a key factor in helping companies adapt and benefit from advanced technologies.
Integrated Initiatives to Support the AI Transformation
The launch of the training tracks is part of the initiatives under Dubai’s Private Sector Assistive Artificial Intelligence Transformation Program, which includes a number of measures aimed at expanding the use of these technologies across the business community.
The initiatives include establishing incubators for assistive AI companies that support Dubai’s transformation, in addition to supporting the development of companies specializing in the creation and use of assistive artificial intelligence solutions.
The program also focuses on spreading knowledge and building institutional capabilities across the Dubai Chambers ecosystem, helping enhance the competitiveness of the private sector and prepare companies to capitalize on the opportunities offered by future technologies.
Accelerating the Adoption of Future Technologies in the Private Sector
The initiative follows Dubai Chambers’ announcement of the formation of the Executive Committee for Assistive Artificial Intelligence, aimed at accelerating the adoption of assistive AI technologies in the private sector and enhancing the readiness of the business community to keep pace with global technological transformations.
The committee also seeks to support companies in benefiting from advanced smart solutions, in line with Dubai’s efforts to further strengthen its position as a global hub for the digital economy and the industries of the future.
These efforts enhance the private sector’s ability to keep pace with the rapid development of artificial intelligence technologies and turn them into tools that help improve operations, increase productivity, and create new opportunities for growth and innovation.
The Growing Role of Business Groups and Business Councils
Business Groups and Business Councils play an active role in supporting the growth of commercial and economic activities in Dubai by ensuring the representation of various economic sectors and helping strengthen communication between the business community and relevant government entities.
These groups and councils also contribute to facilitating constructive dialogue on the needs of different sectors and the challenges facing companies, while supporting efforts to improve the business environment and promote sustainable economic growth in the emirate.
